Join us the first Tuesday of each month at Rootbound on Main Street in St. Charles for breathwork and shamanic vision work! Each session, you will be guided using drumming and activated breathwork as tools to (re)connect to your higher purpose. Themes will change and evolve throughout the year as we continue our journey together.
Whether you are new to shamanic practices or a seasoned journeyer, this event offers a safe and supportive space to connect with yourself and the natural rhythms of the universe. No previous experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to explore the depths of your being.
